Decisions determine your destiny!
What decisions can you make today to make your destiny or dreams come true?

  1. I love the quote by Winston Churchill " never, never, never, give up" -I think that by staying true to what it is you want, you help to shape your destiny.

    1. I love the thought of never giving up because sometimes our efforts push us towards opportunities that we never considered and then our dreams change because our reality changes.

  2. I'm getting closer and closer to accepting the things beyond my control that prevent me from making some of my dreams come true, and pursuing the dreams I can fulfill today!

    1. There is power in shifting and recreating our dreams. You are a powerful woman and you have a way of making things happen.

  3. Next school year will undoubtedly be a difficult one. We will sorely miss our fellow colleagues. We will be working harder than ever before, so when I see the question about making my dreams come true...it gets me thinking. I tend to become anxious about change and dwell on the negative. So today, I will make the decision to be positive and to embrace the challenges ahead.

    1. I love your dedication to embrace the positive! The kids feed off our emotions and when we are happy the world is a better place.

    1. I recently heard someone talking about leaving a legacy and I loved the thought that although friends and family may come and go in this life their legacy lives on.

  5. I recently had the opportunity to watch Conan O'Brien's commencement address to the Dartmouth College Class of 2011. In his address, he talked about the true and sometimes disappointing reality that our dreams are constantly evolving and being changed by outside forces. While it is scary to look to the future and wonder whether your dreams will become reality, it is important to realize that life often takes you down a path you didn't intend to travel. Instead of making decisions today to shape my future destiny, I strive to follow Conan's recommendation to "work hard, be kind, and amazing things will happen."

    1. I love that motto: "Work hard, be kind, and amazing thing will happen". I am visualizing that on a poster as I type this post. We are so having that posted at our school next year!
